Franchise awards
Wilkins Chimney Sweep has been announced as one of three finalists in the ‘Business to Consumer’ category of the 2022 WorkBuzz Best Franchise Awards sponsored by Lloyds Bank.
Successful franchise
The awards are unusual, as it is the franchisees who vote the franchisor into place.
To be entered into the awards, Wilkins franchisees were invited to take part in an anonymous survey about their Wilkins Chimney Sweep franchise. Wilkins scored extremely highly.
British Franchise Association conference
The three highest sets of results, from all the franchises that took part, become the award finalists. The winners will be announced at the BFA conference on 24 November 2022 in Birmingham.
Happy franchisees
Lisa Kimber, franchise manager at Wilkins Chimney Sweep said: “We won this award in 2019 and were finalists again in 2021, a huge accolade in itself. This year our franchisees gave us a 97% overall satisfaction score, scoring us 100% in 18 out of the 27 questions asked including topics such as trust, head office support, peer support, the brand, proven system and respect and feeling valued.”
