We are offering a, full-time, van-based, chimney sweep franchise that can be operated from a home office; Franchisees provide an important safety service in their local community.
We have been cleaning chimneys in private homes, from cottages to castles and pubs to offices, since 1895. Our Franchisees sweep open fires, wood burning stoves, Jetmasters, Rayburns and Agas burning any type of fuel, with vast growth potential. Franchisees earn revenue from chimney cleaning, including removing nests, fitting cages, caps and cowls and also by selling a small range of associated products.
Our service is a ‘need’ rather than a ‘want’, as we help validate property insurance policies, since regular chimney sweeping is a requirement of most policies (whether the policy holder knows this or not!).
We are the only BFA (British Franchise Association) accredited franchise in our industry sector. Funding approval has been secured through NatWest and RBS banks (subject to the usual checks).
